  • Warranty Coverage: All BRIVER products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as improper seam sealing, material delamination, or faulty zippers.
  • Excluded Issues: Normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, or customer-caused damage are not covered under the warranty. Repair fees may apply for non-warranty issues, and we’ll provide a cost estimate before proceeding.
  • Shipping Costs: For confirmed manufacturing defects covered under warranty, BRIVER will cover the applicable shipping costs associated with the warranty repair or replacement. Please contact us before sending your product so we can review the claim and provide shipping instructions.
  • Warranty Timeline: Warranty claims are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the product.
