You may return unused and undamaged waders or accessories within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must include their original packaging to qualify for a return.

- Please do not use envelopes for returns, as they can damage the item(s).

Shipping Costs
- We currently do not provide return labels. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A valid tracking number is required for all returns to ensure proper processing and avoid delays.
Inspection & Refunds
- Returns will be inspected within 2 business days of receipt at our facility.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Additional Notes
- We recommend insuring your package for the full replacement value with your chosen carrier to protect against damage or loss during transit.
