Welcome to BRIVER. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from BRIVER. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website when reasonably necessary to protect BRIVER, our customers, or our services.
3. Products and Services
Product Information: We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, sizing information, pricing, and other content are accurate. However, minor differences may occur, and we do not guarantee that all website content will be completely free from errors.
Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings at any time.
Pricing: Prices may change without prior notice. The price displayed and confirmed at checkout at the time your order is placed will apply to that order.
4. Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance: Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving inventory errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or shipping restrictions.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Order Changes and Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@briversports.com if you need assistance with an order.
Order Verification: We may contact you to verify order, payment, or shipping information when necessary.
5. Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, and shipping method selected.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
United States Orders: Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except when the expedited service was not provided due to an error by BRIVER or as otherwise required by applicable law.
Canadian Orders: Shipping costs are included in the product price. Import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees imposed by Canadian authorities or carriers are not included and may be charged separately to the recipient.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns: Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of receiving the order in accordance with our Return Policy. Returned products must meet the eligibility and condition requirements described in that policy.
For standard returns, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to BRIVER. If a return is due to a confirmed product defect or an incorrect item sent by BRIVER, BRIVER will cover the applicable shipping costs.
Exchanges: Eligible exchange requests must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving the order. One exchange per eligible order is permitted.
For standard exchanges, including size exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original product back to BRIVER. Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved for exchange, BRIVER will cover the standard shipping cost of sending the replacement product to the customer.
For Canadian exchanges, customers remain responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, or other charges associated with the exchange.
If an exchange is due to a confirmed product defect or an incorrect item sent by BRIVER, BRIVER will cover the applicable shipping costs associated with resolving the issue.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval, although the time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Products that are defective or covered under warranty may be handled separately under our Warranty Policy.

7. Warranty
BRIVER products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the terms and exclusions of our Warranty Policy.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, accidental damage, modifications, or damage resulting from use outside the product’s intended purpose.
Warranty claims may require photographs, proof of purchase, inspection, or return of the product before a claim can be approved.

8. Product Use and Limitation of Liability
Outdoor and wading activities involve inherent risks. Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate equipment, evaluating conditions, and using BRIVER products safely and for their intended purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BRIVER will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from misuse of our products, inability to use our website, carrier delays, customs delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content including BRIVER branding, logos, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, text, and other original materials is owned by or licensed to BRIVER and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
BRIVER content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without authorization, except as permitted by law.
10. Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, tracking services, and other service providers.
BRIVER is not responsible for the independent content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services.
