I, like many people especially men, have a size 11 to 12 shoe size but a 32" inseam. I can't pull them up all the way. Also, I added a second attachment from the back of the belt to the back of the boot to help hold them up.

Have not used them yet but they appear to be well built. The sizing guidelines are confusing at best. The hip waders seem to have a long inseam in relation to foot size.
